Return and Refund Policy

Hypertext Marketing Pvt Ltd offers a 7-day replacement policy on all products sold through our website within 7 days of the date of purchase.

To Replace a product, please contact us at d2c@goinfire.in or by calling our care number on +91-9310063980. Our customer care executive will guide you through the process and assist you in the replacement request. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging. Products that have been used or damaged will not be accepted for return.

Once we receive your returned product, we will process a replacement order for you. The replacement product will be shipped to you at no cost to you.

Exceptions to the Replacement Policy

The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Products that have been used or damaged
  • Products that are custom-made or personalized
  • Products that are sold as part of a promotion or bundle
  • Customers are not happy with the look/sound quality
  • Physical damage / Empty / Wrong not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product

Refund Policy:

As mentioned earlier, we do not offer refunds on any product purchased from Goinfire.com. However, in case the product that you received is out of stock, we will refund the entire amount paid by you.
